It was okay, but kind of messy from start to finish. Things weren’t very clear, and what bothered me most was that there was basically no human contact. I kept feeling like I was dealing with a system instead of an actual person, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I booked through sondurtravel.com our tour guide was really good. He knew a ton about the places we visited, but it never felt like a boring school lesson, which I really appreciated. He was friendly, patient, and waited when some of us were taking a little too long with photos. He also helped with small things, like where to buy water and what food was worth trying. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the timing felt a bit rushed sometimes. But overall, the guide really made the day feel “easy” and much more enjoyable.

I booked a transfer and the driver showed up late both times. There weren’t any clear updates either, so I was just standing around waiting, which I really don’t have patience for. It made the whole trip more stressful than it needed to be, and I wouldn’t book with them again.

It did get resolved in the end. Just not quickly. I had to wait longer than expected, and by that point I was already annoyed. Nothing dramatic, really, just one of those things where you keep checking back and hoping it’s handled. So yeah, it’s fixed now, but the whole process was frustrating.

They answered my questions clearly and I never felt like they were trying to rush me off. There was one small delay getting a reply back, but is that a dealbreaker? Not really. Overall, they seemed like they knew what they were doing and treated me well. I’d use them again...

They were a little slower to reply one day, but nothing that caused any real stress. Overall, everything went smoothly, and the prices felt fair.
